01Who this policy applies to

The App is intended solely for authorized hospital staff (doctors and nurses) acting within their professional duties. It is not available to the general public and is not intended for use by patients directly.

  • Is owned and controlled by the Ministry of Health / the hospital, not by the App developer
  • Is entered and accessed only by authorized medical staff
  • Is not collected for the App developer's own purposes, marketing, or resale

Device and technical data

The App may collect limited technical data required for security and functionality, such as device type, operating system version, and app version, for the purpose of troubleshooting and maintaining security (e.g., screen-capture protection).

  • We do not use third-party advertising SDKs
  • We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs that share data with external companies
  • We do not sell or rent any data to third parties

  • To maintain audit logs for accountability and compliance, as required in healthcare settings
  • To protect data through security measures such as screen-capture prevention and encrypted storage

05Data storage and security

All data is stored on servers operated by or on behalf of the Ministry of Health. We apply security measures appropriate to sensitive healthcare data, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission
  • Access controls based on staff role
  • Audit logging of data access and changes
  • Screen-capture and screenshot protection within the App

06Data sharing

Information within the App is shared only internally among authorized hospital staff involved in a patient's care, and with the Ministry of Health as the data controller. We do not share data with third-party advertisers, analytics companies, or unrelated external parties.

07Data retention

Data is retained in accordance with the Ministry of Health's record-keeping and healthcare compliance requirements.

08Children's privacy

The App is intended solely for use by adult medical professionals and is not directed at or knowingly used by children.
